I hate you || Abigail & Liam

abigail-mcgill:

“Whatever.” Said Abigail when she realized that she didn’t have friends after all. People in college, she just talked to them in the hallways, she hated Courtney and she hated her too and all these actors and actresses, she was still getting to know them. The idea of having no one kinda of make her feel bad for once, but she was never going to tell it to someone like Liam, he would make fun of her forever and then he would tell it to Lauren, and her sister would make fun of her at her house too and her life would become a hell for a couple of weeks before they could forget about it. She just shook her head, trying to avoid the idea, she didn’t need friends, never did and that was not going to change. “Too bad that you father is not a billionaire Liam, I’m sure you would be a better person.” The tiny blonde looked at his clothes and then looked back at him, he definitely could make himself more presentable. But Liam was that type of guy that looked good in any type of clothes, even if he didn’t know it.

Abigail bit his lips at he said that he was just annoyed at her. Why was everyone saying that they were annoyed by her? That was making her annoyed. First, Adam and now Liam too. But at least, he didn’t hate her, that was something good, right?  ”Annoyed.. right.” She murmured to him. “You’ve been annoyed at me for years, Liam. Annoyed because of Lauren!” Lauren was never a good older sister to her, for no reason, but Abigail never missed her or the affection that she was supposed to receive from Lauren. Her parents did it very well while she was younger, but now she realize that not only her sister hated her but still she was making her life a living hell when she could. “I’m not stupid, I still remember when you two used to make fun of me a few years ago.”

“You’re so stubborn” Liam shook his head as he blurted out. Liam had never found his way around words. To be honest, Liam can be a nice guy if he knew all the right words to say. But that was beyond him and Liam wasn’t the type of guy who knew how to sugarcoat his words, making them sound sweet. Being straightforward and sarcasm was more to his thing. “I’m glad my father isn’t a billionaire, I’d hate to end up like you. All bloody spoilt” he raised his hands pointing them at Abigail as he looked at her. Watching Abigail’s eyes looking at his clothes and back at him, Liam felt insulted. Though he didn’t care much about what others think, insulting his family and saying that if his father was a billionaire he’d be a ‘better person’ Liam was furious. Ignoring Abigail’s judgement, Liam decided to let it go.

When Liam was just about to calm down, Abigail mentioned Lauren’s name and Liam instantly exploded. “Lauren? What does this argument about me annoyed at you got to do with Lauren?” Liam argued, feeling the need to defend Lauren. Yes, Lauren may have told some things to Liam about Abi, but Liam was the type of person who would listen and believe once he sees it with his own eyes. Seeing as Abi gets things from the help of her rich father, taking shortcuts by sweet talking, it annoyed Liam and had possibly annoyed Lauren. Who wouldn’t be annoyed? “Quit blaming others for your own mistakes” Liam  muttered, loud enough for Abigail to hear. “Yeah, I made fun of you. Big deal. Grow up, build a bridge and get the fuck over it” Liam fiercely said as he looked into Abigail’s eyes. “You’re not as good as you think you are, Abi. You’re not a fucking angel.”

Writing an Article || Brianna/Liam

bsoreno:

“Yeah, I guess I do get pretty excited.” Brianna said, not really too happy anymore. She held a smile on her face, but she was getting sort of tired of Liam. He was a smartass. That was the only way she could put it. As he leaned back onto the table she wondered if he knew just how idiotic he looked. He appeared to think he owned the whole world, when in reality he was just some pretentious college student, he didn’t own anything. Brianna kept that in mind as she stomached his attitude and forced her way through this unpleasant interview. She looked to her paper and asked her first real question.

“Firstly, how to you feel about the film crew that’s arrived here in Fairheaven?” She hoped he knew what she was talking about because she really didn’t want to have to explain the whole “The Best Years” situation to him. But he probably did know. A lot of the actors in the show were around his age. She’d researched each of the stars for her article and she thought some of them seemed like the type Liam might be friends with. But then again, he could be one of those people who really didn’t want the actors around at all. That was Brianna’s opinion, for her own reasons. But she’d keep it to herself. This interview wasn’t about her. She looked over to Liam who seemed to be getting a little bit annoyed or angry, she couldn’t tell. Expectantly, she waited for his answer.

 “I find them rather annoying” Liam replied with a straight face. He wasn’t shocked when he heard the first question. Liam knew it was coming, it was a big thing in Fairheaven and seeing as Brianna’s a journalist, she would get every juicy news on the block just to make herself big. Liam exhaled deeply again as he rested his chin on his hand. Rolling his eyes, Liam wasn’t excited or entertained anymore, he was getting more annoyed just thinking about the “The Best Years” cast in Fairheaven. Even though Liam didn’t get the chance to speak or get to know any of the actors or actresses, part of him was glad whereas the other part of him just wanted to annoy the shit out of them just to have them consider shipping themselves back to Hollywood.

“I’m definitely not one of those who approve them here” Liam continued, licking his lips and narrowing his eyes at Brianna. “And I am definitely not one of those who would run towards them just to get an autograph” Lowering his head, Liam shook his head as he played with his fringe with his fingers. “Fairheaven is better off without them” He muttered, looking up at Brianna from the corner of his eyes.

Road Block || Janie

janiemcdonald:

Janie had arrived to class a couple minutes late, but luckily it turns out the professor had cancelled class for the day due to his children having the stomach flu. Janie was never the type of girl to check her email even though she knew that the professor might send out extra homework assignments over the weekend or even a notice when class was canceled. She shrugged her shoulders and walked towards the library, maybe she could finally get some decent time and finished the story she was currerntly working on. Running her fingers through her hair, she noticed that the library was closed.

“Just my luck” she muttered under her breath. She softly sighed, and took a random seat in the hallway, taking her leather bound notebook out of her bag and a pen. Writing was one of Janie’s passion, so if she had to take a seat in a random hallway for half and hour, she didn’t mind. An hour later, a bell rang signaling that class was over and before she knew it Liam had walked up to her. She looked up from her journal, and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. Liam wasn’t the nicest guy around, but Janie wasn’t in the mood to pick a fight with the stranger. “Sorry” she said softly, as she gathered her things off the floor quickly. She stood up, and before she knew it all her loose papers from her binder had scattered onto the floor.

Liam wasn’t in the mood to pick a fight, which was unlikely of him and odd. Watching Janie standing up, Liam was just about to step forward to his locker, when unexpectedly Janie’s papers came loose and was scattered onto the floor. “Wow, you can’t get clumsier than this, can you” Liam muttered, bending down to pick up some of her papers for her. It was a surprise for Liam to do such actions for someone her had never talked to or know personally, but since Liam for once was tired of fights and wasn’t really in the mood to pick one, he let it go and helped Janie.

Standing up, Liam held on to Janie’s paper’s waiting for Janie to be ready to collect it from him. As he waited, Liam couldn’t help but read a few lines and scanned through her writing. The papers that had fallen were filled up with Janie’s own handwriting and it shocked Liam as to how much and how long she had wrote. “You write..alot” Liam commented, widening his eyes as he looked at the papers on his hands, lifting his head up to look at Janie once he was done. Not know much about Janie, Liam instantly jumped into the conclusion that Janie had an interest in writing and seeing as much people who likes writing was quiet and shy, Liam thought maybe Janie was exactly like that.

I hate you || Abigail & Liam

abigail-mcgill:

“Don’t touch me.” She said while crossing her arms just like he did, and then paying attention to every word he was saying, that for her were just stupid things being said by a stupid person. Abigail hated him, and hated the way he talked to her and made fun of her every time they were together. “What are friends to you then?” Abi raised her eyebrow and kept looking in his eyes, even if he just said that she didn’t intimidate she couldn’t help but looking at him like that, but to be honest, the looked more like a kid when doing it and she always acted like that when she was fighting with her sister, and she said it a million times to her. “Why don’t you?” The blonde girl said with a tone of voice louder, she wasn’t the one who had to grow up, he was. In her point of view, Liam was the childish one, fighting with her over something that was a fact.

A few people around looked at them after Abigail voice got louder, she looked at them and then looked at Liam’s eyes again. “You’re pathetic.” Abigail said almost whispering, just for them to hear, the last thing she wanted was the make a scene, even if she was angry, she didn’t want the whole town talking about she lost her control over a conversation with the trouble guy. “What’s your problem with me?” Abi never did anything to Liam, she only liked to piss him off because he did it too, and because he was always with her sister, and she liked to make her sister angry, but that was no reason for him to hate her. The blonde girl didn’t care about haters, or about people saying things about her, but at least most of them had a reason to do it.

Liam grinned at Abigail as she snapped back at him. Liam love making Abigail annoyed, infact he loves annoying nearly everyone. Watching people getting annoyed with his sarcasm and witty comments, it amuses them and seeing as he found talking to people that didn’t matter to him, boring, by annoying them he found some entertainment. “Friends are people who will be there for you and not just saying they will be. Who accepts who you are and trust you. Saying hi and bye back and forth not knowing them personally aren’t called friends, Abi. You only know them from telly. What else do you know about them?” Liam confronted her with honestly. What Liam had just said was the truth. Abi only knew them from a distance, finding out their personal lives from gossip sites or celebrity channels, when really, who knows the truth about them? Noone.

“You’re fucking with me right?” Liam scoffs as Abi replied to his other statement. “I’m actually acting my age here, Abi. I accept that people don’t like me and move the fuck on. If my dad is a fucking billionaire, I wont use my status to get what I want. I’ll work for it.” He raised his eyebrows as he confronted her again. Abigail had always pissed Liam off. Hearing how spoilt she was from Lauren was an understatement.  “I’m not pathetic” Liam whispered back as he shook his head having his eyes narrowed looking directly into hers. “I’m realistic” Liam replied, turning away from her.

The next question made Liam think. Biting both his lips together, Liam exhaled deeply. “I don’t hate you, Abi.” Liam admitted as he turned back to face her. Liam had never been real to his feelings, but seeing as Abi is Lauren’s sister, and caring so much for Lauren, Abigail was important to Liam too. “I’m just annoyed at you”

Movie Night || Lauren

lauren-mcgill:

Lauren has always liked Liam’s home much better than her own. When she was at home, she was expected to act all courteous and perfect, and she didn’t like that. She had had enough of that in her childhood, so she always preferred if it they had their movie nights at Liam’s house just because she was more comfortable there.

As she entered Liam’s house, she rolled her eyes at his greeting. “Not my fault it takes forever to get something from the store on a Saturday night. I mean, really.” If there was one thing she loved, she loved joking with Liam. He was the one person that she was comfortable with, and she didn’t have to put up some sort of act or put a wall around her when she was around him. “Hmm, well… Your choice. Comedy or romance? You pick.” Lauren asked, as she made her way over to the coffee table filled snacks.

“Pizza, thank god. I need pizza.” She smiled at Liam, laughing softly. He had always known what to order, and it wasn’t a surprise since they’ve known each other for a long time now. If it was her turn to order the food, she’d know what to order as well. That’s basically what their friendship was about. They had each only each other, and they were good with that. Or at least, she was. “Please choose a movie soon. I can’t wait to start eating. I haven’t eaten all day, actually.” Lauren frowned, suddenly realizing why she was feeling extremely hungry all of a sudden.

“Definitely comedy” Liam replied with a small chuckle. There was no way Liam would suggest romance out loud, even if he was comfortable with Lauren. Although Lauren is Liam’s bestfriend and he trusts her, Liam was the kind of person who would keep things to himself, especially when it comes to his feelings. Admitting and accepting his feelings is already hard for Liam, speaking out loud and telling someone about his feelings would destroy him.

“I know you a little too well, Lauren” Liam joked winking at her, as he sat himself down on the couch, waiting for Lauren to place the disc into the player.  “You haven’t eaten all day?” Liam asked, raising both his eyebrows. “How do you even survive” he continued jokingly as he took a slice and started to chew the tip of the pizza.

Feeling rather thirsty, Liam place his slice on the other side of the cardboard as he briefly brush his hands together to get off any crumbs sticking on his palms. Picking up the bottle of coke, he unscrews the bottle and poured a glass for himself. “Coke?” He asked Lauren, lifting the coke as he asked.

Road Block || Janie

Walking through the busy hallways after a long day of college, Liam had just gotten out of his last class with a little smirk on his face. It was a relief that today was a Friday and there was two days of no college and tonight he could go out partying, drinking shots with none other than his best friend Lauren. Gripping on to his sling of his bag pack, Liam began to make his way to his locker to put in useless books and take back other text books he needs for his assignments that had been given. Liam turned a final turn, and straight ahead was his locker, he could see from afar that there was a blonde who looked quite familiar, seating herself down in front of his locker, writing into her notebook having her head down. Exhaling deeply, Liam marched his way up to the girl, and now that he got even closer, it was clear to him who that blonde was.

Stopping right in front of Janie, Liam crossed his hands looking down at her. “You’re sitting in front of my locker, Janie” he stated, waiting for her to respond. Liam had never spoken to Janie, but living in a little neighborhood, everyone knows everyone even if they don’t know much about them; they at least know their name and which house they live in. Not to mention, Liam’s parents would feel the need to introduce themselves to nearly everyone, especially the newbie’s.

Writing an Article || Brianna/Liam

bsoreno:

Just as she was considering leaving a boy with blonde hair sat down in the chair next to her. He was wearing sports clothes and she suspected he smelled like body odor, though she wasn’t close enough to him to tell. She stuck out her hand to shake his. “Ah, It’s nice of you to meet me today. It’s Liam right?” At his remark about “getting this over with” Brianna was a little discouraged. Interviews with people who didn’t really want to be doing them generally didn’t turn out too well. But, here they were. She smiled at the boy. There were a few things she had to get out of the way first. She asked him a list of personal questions about his name, age, major, and things of that nature. She often used this information in the article to give the quotes the person gave more credibility. People generally liked to know who they were listening to, not just some faceless nobody. Once those questions were out of the way Brianna would be able to get to the questions that really mattered for her article.

Liam answered her questions with little enthusiasm. She figured he was wondering why she was asking these seemingly unrelated questions. Finally after about ten minutes of what felt like pulling teeth, Brianna had finished the preliminary questions. “Alright, we can move on to the important questions now!” Brianna said excitedly. Liam didn’t seem to reciprocate these feelings, but Brianna ignored that fact. She was determined to get through this interview with a smile on her face. She’d get the information she needed and get out of there. She was hoping to interview one more person that day, so it was crucial that she didn’t spend any unnecessary time on this interview. That, and she didn’t really want to spend much time with Liam. He was sort of… Unpleasant.

She rifled through her briefcase for the paper with her questions about the celebrities. Usually she was very organized, but for some reason she’d lost this one paper. “I’m sorry. I’m having a little trouble finding the questions.” Brianna said with her head buried in the briefcase. Finding the paper she nearly let out a celebratory “Yes!” but resisted. Embarassed she looked back to Liam who looking at her like she was crazy. “I’m truly very sorry about that.” She said blushing and hoping the interview wasn’t ruined.

“Yeah, Liam” Liam replied in his low unexcited tone. Sitting back on his chair, he crossed his left arm, placing his right elbow on his other arm, griping his chin with his right hand. “Right, just start with the questions. I have better things to do at home” Liam stated before Brianna could even start on her first question. Slowly looking away from Brianna, Liam exhaled deeply and leaned forward having his elbows resting on the table. Might as well get it over it, the faster the interview the less time he can afford to waste.

As Brianna began to ask her first batch of questions, Liam’s actions consist of him rolling his eyes, exhaling deeply to keep him calm and his sarcastic, witty answers. It was nearly impossible for Brianna to continue with her interview since most answers were either too rude, too honest or just plain sarcastic. As minutes passed by, Liam began to enjoy the interview, oddly enough. Entertaining himself with his own sarcastic, witty comments, he felt amused and thought it was fun to watch Brianna tolerate his rebellious attitude.

“YAY!” Liam sarcastically yelled, once Brianna mention there were more questions to be asked. Leaning back into his chair once again, he crossed his arms as he grinned at Brianna who was now looking for a piece of paper in her briefcase. Liam wasn’t someone who was paitent or understanding, which caused him to clear his throat, hinting Brianna not to take her time. “Feel free to take your time. I have all day.” Liam commented, raising both his eyebrows as he continued to watch Brianna.

Waiting for Brianna, Liam began to fiddle with his hands not paying much attention if Brianna had found her notes at all. Hearing a loud “Yes” within minutes, Liam sharply lift his head up, cocking his head as his eyebrows raised. “Wow, you sure get excited easily” Liam started again, leaning back onto the table, ready for her next batch of questions and hoping her facial expressions will amuse him once he start again with his witty answers.
